- Nilkanth Investment does not offer any assured or guaranteed returns on any market-linked investments.
- Nilkanth Investment shall not be held liable or responsible for any financial losses, claims, or outcomes arising from any type of investment, insurance policy, or financial scheme.
3. Regulatory Status & Role as Mutual Fund Distributor
Nilkanth Investment, founded by Chetan Narendra Jani, operates as an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-75066).
- Our role is to facilitate the distribution, onboarding, and ongoing servicing of SEBI-regulated financial products (Mutual Funds, Corporate Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Insurance).
- We earn standard distributor commissions/brokerages paid directly by Asset Management Companies (AMCs) as per SEBI regulations, without charging upfront advisory fees to the investor unless explicitly agreed.
- Investors are advised to consult their personal tax/legal advisors before making large allocation decisions.
4. Financial Calculators & Educational Tools
All interactive calculators provided on this portal (including SIP, Step-Up SIP, SWP, STP, Crorepati Goal Planner, Cost of Delay, and HLV calculators) are designed solely for illustrative and investor education purposes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mahuva / Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
